Mission
The Mission of the Tulsa Soccer Club (TSC) is the education, support & vertical development of amateur youth student/athletes in preparation for national youth soccer competition & collegiate placement.
TSC Staff
The full-time Director of Coaching for TSC is Keith Eddy. A native of England, he played professionally 14 years with Barrow, Watford, and Sheffield United soccer clubs, then joined the New York Cosmos in 1976. Keith was a NASL All-Star and Captain with the Cosmos where he teamed with other soccer legends such as Pele and Giorgio Chinaglia. His soccer philosophy as it relates to youth development is that it is presented in a fun and learning environment. Furthermore, Keith believes in a Vertical Development Philosophy when it comes to the development of youth players.
John Crouch is TSC’s Director of Player Development and oversees PDP. John has developed a curriculum that focuses on individual and small group technical skills in a fun yet challenging environment. John has a USSF National Coaching license, was a collegiate letterman at TU and is well known in the community as the premier trainer for young players.
Mark McIntosh is the Director of Coach Development and is responsible for attracting and developing new coaches for TSC. Mark is a former professional player with the NPSL Tulsa Ambush and a standout at the University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin. Mark works with Keith and John closely in the careful selection of the highest quality coaches.

Vertical Development Philosophy
 TSC is the ONLY club in Oklahoma with a Vertical Development Philosophy. We carefully place our coaches in the age groups to maximize the learning opportunities of the players. Players that go through the TSC program will change coaches every few years. This provides players with the unique opportunities to learn from different styles and experiences of coaching. In addition, it also helps the coaches further develop and continue challenging themselves with a new group of players. This philosophy has yielded tremendous success since 1992 when the club officially began operations.
Other Advantages of TSC
Besides having the benefit of the best coaching line-up in this region, TSC has other advantages....
Exposure - TSC is the ONLY club that provides our Collegiate Prospects with an on-line collegiate profile management package that not only provides them with added exposure but also assists them with their recruiting efforts by linking with college databases.
Support – TSC Parents are the BEST! Parents are very active in the club. TSC also conducts Collegiate Seminars for all of its High School Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors so that they have the most current information on NCAA/NAIA academic and recruiting requirements.
Development - Players have the opportunity to participate in the MTSC/TSC Friendly Series in partnership with other high level competitive clubs.
Training - Younger players aged 6-10 participate in our Premier Development Program (PDP) that provides a high level training and developmental environment for those players who desire to reach the next level. Private training is also available to all TSC players.
Fun – Younger players participate in the MTSC Fun Day at the end of the season. TSC hosts annual picnics, dutch style tournaments, banquets, etc. Watch for some other COOL stuff coming!
TSC Challenge Cup & Showcase
Many players of TSC also have the benefit of participating in the most prestigious youth tournament in Oklahoma, the annual TSC Challenge Cup and Showcase. Some of the best teams from around the country travel to Tulsa every year to participate in this exciting event. The Showcase is the only one of its kind in Oklahoma where college coaches attend to observe players who are interested in playing college soccer.
Team Achievements
TSC has more teams that qualify for the highest Oklahoma league (Oklahoma Premier League). In addition, TSC has the most Sub-regional champions of any club since the SPL was formed  two years ago.
TSC has consistently produced more State and Regional Champions than any other club in Oklahoma since it formally began operations in the spring of 1992.
Over the years, five TSC Teams have captured the USYSA Region III Championship and two teams went to represent Region III at the "Final Four" of Youth Soccer National Championship.
Player Achievements
70% of all High School Seniors playing for TSC went on to collegiate soccer careers with some financial scholarships.
Over $2.5 million in scholarships have been awarded to former TSC players.
Seven players have been on the US National Team(s)/Pool(s). Over 125 players have played at the Division 1 and 2 levels in college.
TSC has produced more Parade High School All-Americans than any other club in Oklahoma.
